Many of our treatments involve specialised massage techniques and pressure points on the head, neck, face, and back, some of which are not recommended during pregnancy. We also use carefully selected products containing essential oils that may not be suitable for use during pregnancy.

We kindly ask that you consult your doctor and provide written clearance confirming that a head spa treatment is suitable for you. To help your doctor make an informed recommendation, we suggest providing information about the specific treatment you are interested in.

During certain medical treatments, the skin and body can become more sensitive than usual. Because our head spa treatments involve massage techniques and pressure points, we recommend waiting until your treatment has been completed before booking an appointment.

To help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, we ask that you refrain from attending your appointment if you have the flu, COVID-19, or any other contagious illness. If you are unwell, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule and avoid cancellation charges.

Our Therapists are professionally trained  treatments; however, they are not qualified oncology massage therapists. If you have a history of cancer, are currently undergoing treatment, or are in recovery, we kindly ask that you consult your doctor and provide written approval confirming that a head spa treatment is safe and appropriate for your individual circumstances. We recommend sharing details of the specific treatment you wish to receive so your doctor can assess its suitability and provide informed guidance.
